Please be dressed and ready to go 10 minutes before each practice...

 

Players MUST have the following gear for any practice, evaluation or game session:

1. Lacrosse helmet with faceguard (hockey & football helmets are NOT permitted)
2. Comfortable chin strap
3. Brightly Colored Mouthguard (must attach to faceguard)
4. Lax shoulder pads (Meets NOCSAE safety standards 1/1/22)
5. Lax arm guards/elbow pads
6. Lax gloves
7. Protective cup (very important - do not forget)
8. Lacrosse stick
9. Appropriate footwear: sneakers, turf shoes or lacrosse/soccer cleats

If a player is missing any gear, HE CANNOT PARTICIPATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
